We are currently looking for a Client Services Receptionist. Please see the position description below for details. Position Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and some donors, as well as provide administrative support across the organization. Responsibilities include welcoming and receiving clients; checking clients in and out of appointments; answering, screening, and forwarding calls; scheduling client appointments; conducting client appointments when necessary; performing clerical duties, such as filing, copying, faxing, etc.; providing support for facilities management, as needed; performing other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Client Services Director (Primary), Executive Director (Secondary)

Hours: 25 hours/week

Pay: $10-$11 (based on experience)

Holidays and Benefits: 12 paid holidays (5 hours/holiday); 5 hours per month accrual of Paid Time Off (PTO); Retirement option (SIMPLE IRA) after 1 year of employment matched up to 3%

Qualifications for Employment

  • Must be a committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, including membership in good-standing and attendance of a local church
  • Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
  • Agree with and be willing to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the Care Center
  • Have some experience in reception
  • Have at least one year of experience as a volunteer in some ministry capacity
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Flexible schedule to be available Tuesday and/or Thursday nights
  • Able to learn and navigate client management and scheduling systems online
  • Familiar with Google applications (Gmail, Gdocs, Gsheets, etc.)

Essential Responsibilities of the Position

  • Client Relations
      1. Works with Client Services Director and supporting staff to serve every client or potential client with compassion and excellence
      2. Check in clients, schedule appointments, make appointment openings, etc.
      3. Check voicemails, answer the phone, transfer calls, greet people at the door, and accept non-monetary donations
      4. Articulate and utilize GPCC’s resources and offer community resources, as needed
  • Admin Support for Client Services
    1. Prepare appointments, send text reminders, follow-up with clients, and contact them, as needed
    2. Keep track of various paperwork and make copies when needed
    3. Remain up-to-date on data entry and filing away client charts
    4. Help with any other administrative needs
